VISION
The Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy carries out an important task by training staff who are the future of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Organizations. Therefore, it is important to find the goals it wants to achieve although a form of administration dominated by a strategic management approach is essential. Vision is a concept that tells what we want to be from today to tomorrow. In this respect, the vision of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy should be designed to cover these objectives. In this context, our vision;
To become a nationally and internationally recognized higher education institution that educates high-quality officers, non-commissioned officers and other personnel required by the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Organizations.
MISSION
Mission is a concept that clearly states what an organization does and how it does it for whom. Based on this definition, the mission of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy is:
To fulfill the needs of officers and non-commissioned officers and other personnel of the Gendarmerie and the Coast Guard Organizations, and to conduct scientific research and publication by in-service, associate, undergraduate and postgraduate education.
DUTY
The duty of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Academy is:
a. To fulfill the officers and non-commissioned officers and other personnel needs of the Gendarmerie and Coast Guard Organizations, to make associate, undergraduate and postgraduate education, scientific research and publication,
b. To organize courses in the fields and branches required by the Gendarmerie General Command and the Coast Guard Command,,
c. To determine the principles and standards for the training of specialized sergeant and contracted privates.
